Collin is a partner at Fisher & Fisher whose dedication to serving clients sets him apart, catering to a spectrum of businesses ranging from large-scale development companies to small family-owned businesses. Collin’s approach blends his expert legal acumen with an understanding of the unique needs of each client, ensuring tailored solutions that align with their individual objectives.

Since joining the firm as an associate in 2017, Collin has quickly gained broad expertise in the commercial real estate field. He brings his legal acumen into intricate negotiations, drafting, and review of lease agreements for many types of commercial properties. Additionally, Collin's adeptness in acquisitions and sales spans from due diligence to transactional closures, facilitating the seamless transfer and transaction of property. Moreover, his grasp of financing and ownership formation/restructuring is instrumental in setting up his clients’ businesses for optimal success.

Collin received his undergraduate degree in 2012 from the University of Kentucky, in his home state. He went on to earn his law degree from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law in 2015.

Beyond his legal endeavors, Collin finds joy in spending quality time with his wife Claire, sons Wyatt and Finn, and his Frenchie named Bernie. He also loves indulging his passions for golfing and tackling the slopes on his snowboard.
