Grant N. Simon
Grant N. Simon represents clients in a wide variety of real estate matters, including acquisitions and dispositions, development, and leasing.
Prior to joining Fisher & Fisher in 2021, Grant was an attorney with Icenogle Seaver Pogue in Denver, where he provided legal services for special districts and public authorities across Colorado. In that role, he drafted, reviewed, and amended contracts and other governing documents, and advised on the formation, organization and operation of districts. Grant began his legal career with the Denver City Attorney’s Office as a Fellow in the DEN Legal section, drafting and reviewing contracts and advising on state and federal regulatory compliance for Denver International Airport.
Grant was raised in Denver and received both his undergraduate degree and law degree from the University of Colorado. Outside of the office, he enjoys cheering on Denver’s sports teams, biking, and spending time in the mountains.
